Our Split Ear Headstall pattern is now available as leather die. No more hand-cutting, this split ear headstall leather die made from 1" steel rule and is setup to accommodate a single 3/4" buckle. In order to make this die shipping "friendly" and easier to store, we have split the main die into two open ended dies. You will click one end, line up the other end and click again. This will also allow some flexibility in the final length allowing you to shorten or lengthen if desired.

You will also need the Simple Narrow Cheek die to complete headstall (SOLD SEPARATELY)
