Standard pulling collar. Optional overlay template is available (not shown). Add an optional o-ring center or a small d-ring center plate (to accommodate a 2.5" d-ring). These pulling collars are made to be used with a plain wither strap (template sold separately). Uses 1 1/2" d-rings on the ends
